Tom Barrett for Wisconsin

Tom's web site domain name subscription ran out, short of the election. Did he know when the election was? And he wants to manage our state. Please.  Also, on a funny note...

Where's The Outrage Over $1 Billion-Plus For Widening I-39-90?

I got a kick out of this article in the Madison Cap Times.  The author of the article is a train supporter and is looking forward to the rail being between Milwaukee and Madison.  He has a valid question on why nobody is outraged by the $1 billion price tag to expand I90 to 6 lanes from Madison to Illinois and I think I have an answer for this question.  I would venture to guess that the 60,000 vehicles that use that stretch of road on an average day - which means the 21,900,000 vehicles that use that stretch of road in an average year (using the DOT statistics) find it a wiser way to use our tax money you jackhole! The Latest Teacher's Union - Taxpayer Funded - Bailout

Have no fear teachers your bailout is here!  It could be because my upcoming comment is true but while reading the article I found the statement about this being a one time gift from the taxpayers to be incredibly amusing.

Paul Ryan - The Reagan Of Our Time?

If you haven't noticed the attacks on Paul Ryan have been increasing as we get closer to the November elections.  If you don't know about Rep. Ryan's Roadmap for America I would suggest you read this article in The Wall Street Journal.  One must always remember that the Left will attack those they fear the most.

House Of Representatives DSA Members - Democratic Socialists Of America

You read the titile correctly we have 70 members of House of Representatives that are card carrying members of the DSA.  The link provided gives you their blueprint for a socialistic world.  A world where money means nothing and we can all sit around a fire - holding hands and sing green ecological tunes all day.  If you are wondering if your representative is on the list (all of you Dane County people are just itching to find out if Baldwin is the first name on the list) click here and find out:

Teacher's Union Wins Another Case To Stop Openess

In what I view as another blow to government openess the teacher's union won a Supreme Court decision to block the content of emails sent on government computers on work time.
In other words - teachers that use school computers during the work day for personal use are not subject to to public scrutiny over the content.  When you are a taxpayer employee using things paid for by taxpayers then - it is my opinion that - the employer has the right to know how their money is being spent.

Milwaukee Teachers Fight For Viagra Drug Coverage

The Milwaukee Public School District is looking at a budget deficit of more than $30 million and they have laid off more than 450 teachers and the teacher's union is fighting to have Viagra covered under their insurance plan.  Maybe if they kept a little more blood in their heads the school district would not be one of the 5 worst in the country.
The teacher's union is the poster child of greed.

Report: GM Considers Reopening Janesville Plant

The word is that it comes down to 2 plants and the one in Tennessee is better fitted to be the one reopened.
Don't you worry Government Motors workers - I have no doubts your employer will keep renewing your unemployment benefits so you will really never have to go back to work.......the taxpayers will keep your paychecks coming.

Rush-hour Rail Simulation Proposal Shot Down By City

Running a rail simulation would seem to be a smart thing to do so that the public would be able to see just how big of a pain in the ass an above ground rail system is going to be in downtown Madison.  Why would the Liberal city officials not want this to take place? They don't want the public to know what a bad idea this is until it is too late.

Did Anyone Realize Senator Herb Kohl Was Alive?

I guess I have confirmation that Kohl is alive - delusional but alive.  How do I know that?  He is supporting Elena Kagen for Supreme Court.

Kagen Is Standing Up For Manufacturing Jobs

Kagen is talking jobs but his voting record shows he is not for job creation or retension.  His voting record shows that he is nothing more than a party line puppet

Representative Ryan Pushes Budget Reform

His own party believes his ideas are radical but Paul Ryan continues to drum up support for his Roadmap.  When did common sense become radical?
