Teacher's Union Wins Another Case To Stop Openess

In what I view as another blow to government openess the teacher's union won a Supreme Court decision to block the content of emails sent on government computers on work time.
In other words - teachers that use school computers during the work day for personal use are not subject to to public scrutiny over the content.  When you are a taxpayer employee using things paid for by taxpayers then - it is my opinion that - the employer has the right to know how their money is being spent.
