We have seen that the federal government will not do anything for Tort reform for fear of losing the donations that the trial lawyers give them - but it is great to see that the WI state government is going to try some reform on their own.

If this is a sign of things to come I am liking what I am seeing.  Wisconsin is one of 4 states
that has a tax on health savings accounts.  Hell, the federal government doesn't even rape us on this.
