Wisconsin GOP Caps Punitive Damages In Tort Reform Bill

We have seen that the federal government will not do anything for Tort reform for fear of losing the donations that the trial lawyers give them - but it is great to see that the WI state government is going to try some reform on their own.

    I agree with the GOP's strategy. I really think they are trying to make things better. If implemented it can work.
