Black Youths Targeted Whites Because They Were Easy Targets
When did the West Allis police department decide that the attacks at the State Fair were racially motivated - making it a hate crime? After exhaustive police work, a crack detective force - no - when the 16 year old in custody admitted to it.
I bet he wouldn't have tried it if they were packing guns! For those that don't use guns, how about arming yourself with switchblades or other things to protect yourself. They wouldn't be so brave if they knew you could protect yourself.
