The City of Milwaukee South 2nd Street Scandal
So we get a good look at another potential governor in the pocket of the special interest groups. Sorry Mr. Barrett - you are not what is good for this state and you will not have my support or my vote!

Rasmussen Has Johnson Up By 7 Points
There is a long way to go and Feingold is starting to bring out the dirty bag of tricks - his latest add against Johnson - but I want to be giddy for just a second and say be still my beating heart.

Westlake Statement After Primary Results
I believe that Westlake was the more conservative candidate but he was not the best candidate to unseat the firmly entrenched Russell Feingold. I would like to see more of Mr. Westlake in the future - it just was not the right time for him.

Look Who Does Not Want Walker As The Next Governor
It would appear that all of the major players in the Wisconsin Democratic party do not want Scott Walker as Barett's opposition in the November election. The big unions and Doyle himself have been spending millions to keep Walker out of the race - on this alone he gets my endorsement for governor.
Tom Barrett Ad You Knew Was Coming

Fighting Bob Fest - Featuring Progressive Speakers
This has the looks of being one hell of a party this year at the annual Fighting Bob Fest. The line-up of speakers is impressive - they have best selling authors Greg Palast and Jim Hightower, top
rated Progressive talk show host Thom Hartmann, card carrying Socialist Tammy Baldwin, author of the failed stimulus legislation Dave Obey and last but not least Reverend Jesse Jackson - one of the two main conductors of racial tension in this country. Without racial tension the good reverend would not make any money would he? Does anyone know what church he reverends at?

We will find out how the people of Wisconsin feel about Neumann as a candidate in the primary but you have to give him credit for hanging in there.
Mayor Talks Up Madison High Speed Rail
The mayor said his budget may not include figures for the added spaces he hopes the state will pay for. Let me interpret that for all of you - he hopes the Wisconsin taxpayers will pick up the bill. It makes the budget look better when the taxpayer wallet gets opened.
